Welcome to Beartown Competitions Limited. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in all prize competitions operated by Beartown Competitions Limited (“we,” “our,” “us”), based in Congleton, Cheshire, United Kingdom. By entering any of our competitions, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • Competitions are open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees of Beartown Competitions Limited and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  • Proof of age and identity may be required before prizes are awarded.


3. How to Enter

There are two methods of entry:

(a) Paid Entry

  • Visit our website www.beartowncompetitions.com.
  • Select your chosen competition, answer the qualifying question, and purchase your ticket(s).
  • You will receive confirmation of your entry and ticket number(s) via email.

(b) Free Postal Entry (Postcard Method)

To enter for free, you must:

  • Send a handwritten postcard with the following details:
  • Full name
  • Postal address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • The name of the competition you wish to enter
  • Your answer to the qualifying question
  • Post your entry to:

Rules for free entry:

  • Each postcard counts as one entry only.
  • Each entry must be submitted on a separate stamped postcard.
  • Bulk entries or entries sent inside envelopes containing multiple postcards will not be accepted.
  • Incomplete, illegible, or late postcards will be void.
  • Postal entries must arrive before the competition’s closing date.
  • Post to: Beartown Competitions, Lambs Cottage, Congleton, Cheshire, CW12 2DU along with your Name, Phone Number, Address, Competition Entered, Answer To The Question.


4. Competitions and Questions

  • Each competition includes a skill-based question. Only entrants who answer correctly will be entered into the draw.
  • It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure the answer is correct.


5. Closing Dates

  • Each competition will state its specific closing date on the competition page.
  • Entries received after the closing date will not be entered.


6. Selection of Winner

  • All valid entries with correct answers will be entered into a random draw.
  • Draws are conducted live on our official Facebook and/or YouTube channels.
  • Winners will be contacted within 24 hours by phone (07961744357) or email.


7. Prizes

  • The main prize for each competition is clearly stated on the competition page.
  • All prizes are guaranteed to be won regardless of the number of tickets sold.
  • Cash prizes will be paid by bank transfer. Physical prizes will be delivered or collected as agreed.
  • No alternative prizes will be offered unless stated.


8. Ticket Limits

  • Each competition may have a maximum number of tickets available per person. This will be clearly displayed on the competition page.


9. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Entries cannot be cancelled or refunded once submitted.
  • In the rare event that a competition is cancelled by us, all paid entries will be refunded in full.


10. Publicity

  • By entering, you agree that if you win, you will send us a photo or video of the prize. Your name and county will be announced publicly. this is to keep us authentic and transparent.
  • We reserve the right to use the winner photos/videos for promotional and marketing purposes.
  • Beartown Competitions Limited owns full rights to the winner photos, videos, posts and content relating to the competitions.


11. Liability

  • Beartown Competitions Limited accepts no responsibility for:
  • Late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
  • Technical issues that may affect entry or live draws.
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the prize won.


12. Data Protection

  • Personal data is collected and processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
  • Data will only be used for competition administration and communication purposes.


13. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


14. Acceptance of Terms

By entering a competition, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
